Hi support team,
I got info from my developer who found a failure to be solved
When we create a listing and go to Preview Listing page. It shows a error Charts.default undefined which is in geodirectory core plugin and from geodirectory_hooks_actions.php file. It may be jQuery conflict. Please rectify it soon as it obstructs testing our development further.
Also the edit listing still not reflecting the customised fields and the same error now also observed on edit listing when we go back to edit listing with clicking on “Go Back and Edit” button from “Preview Listing” page.
Looking forward to your help
Thanks, Alex

I was not aware that this failure could maybe relate to the other failures too.
Sorry, if that would be a missunderstanding.

November 8, 2016 at 6:16 am #299965Hi Stiofon,
after export/re-import the categories to match the prices to listings again the failure “”Chart.defaults.global.animationSteps = 60″” is still there.
Screen Shot > http://screencast.com/t/0k3CWz0SpWFAILURE Description:
After testing I found out that there seems to be a bug (not sure from us created in case of editor customization or from GD) within frontend listing editor.e.g. when edit (or create new) listings then the frontend editor delivers results only for preview listings, but after click on “update” (or publish) then those data are not written into database. URL to edit listing e.g. Title change Sampan (SAMPLE) to Sampan (SAMPLE-1)

When using the backend editor within geodirectory then it works proper and data are written into the database. Screen Shot > http://screencast.com/t/iYcaYHkdIU

I am still waiting on your help!!! The issue http://www.screencast.com/t/0k3CWz0SpW is still open to be solved. I also asked my developer if this may has to do with custom codings and he ashured me not.
There new plugin has not been touched and all files are same. Although what we have done is we have deactivated some functions of our plugin from outside and applied our new functions at right place. I have searched it again to see if the old functions are called from somewhere else and found that I had applied these functions from right place and not being called from another places. So it should work fine. Although we also have tested after I made our plugin independent and all the functionalities were working fine
Please help to solve this problem a.s.a.p.
Thanks, Alex
