    I get the following error when clicking on a marker on my map to view details when using Edge or Chrome.
    HTTP403: FORBIDDEN – The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.
    (XHR)GET – https://www.website.com/wp-json/geodir/v2/markers/2893?_wpnonce=1fe1faea51&_=1575012715917

    How can I fix this issue?

    Hi Sharon,

    Thanks for your post. An error 403 is a server permission issue. Could you check with your hosting provider first? If the issue persists, please share both WP and FTP access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.

    I’m not sure what happened – either the nonce expired or when I switched between themes it fixed it. I’ll continue to monitor but I no longer see the issue.

    I cannot see that error after clicking through a couple of map bubbles.

    Could it be one in particular? Perhaps adjust the address for that one?
