Error try to upload CSV

Hi, first time i upload the csv without problem, but 2 days after, the csv dont let me upload new CSV(the same that i upload correctly before) not found in localhost, not found un server, this problem is in core?

There is a bug with the new WP version 4.7.1. Just wait for a fix or review this for possible other solutions: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/39550
