Error Updating Plugin

HI,

I am currently attempting to update my plugin via wordpress but I am receiving the below message:

‘An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Location Manager: Update package not available. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your licence keys are active GD>Auto Updates. A licence key is required to update, please enter it under: Plugins > Facebook for WooCommerce > Licence key. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your licence keys are active GD>Auto Updates. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your licence keys are active GD>Auto Updates.’

I have done as instructed and entered my licensing key in the required location. After clicking ‘activate license’ I am receiving the below error message:

‘Licence not activated! Please renew or seek support.’

Please advise how to resolve this issue.
