Error when activating Locations Manager plugin

Hi,

I am quite new with geodirectory plugins, can you please advise.

I am running Version 4.9.4, GeoDirectory plugin Version 1.6.25, GeoDirectory Location Manager plugin Version 1.5.62, Supreme Directory Theme (Theme Directory StarterVersion: 1.1.5).

When I activate the Location Manager Plugin and try to add a new place (that will work just fine to add without Location Manager Plugin activated) I receive the following error:

Also, I am a bit confused, Location Manager plugin is the same thing as Multilocations addon?
