    Hi

I installed geo-directory plugins on a website with Dylan theme. I am having errors whenever l try to publish a listing from the front end but somehow it is captured in the back end as a draft. If l try to publish from the back end the same error occurs but it gets published. Another issue is that listing images are not being shown.

    Here is the error file: https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t31.0-8/s720x720/882589_600312333330643_2125882454_o.jpg?_nc_cat=0&oh=2083215d550437c7061ae36840c88c3d&oe=5B2FF7EDArray ( [errors] => Array ( [import_file_error] => Array ( [0] => cURL error 7: Failed to connect to 2a03:2880:f003:c0e:face:b00c:0:3: Network is unreachable ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

I am not sure if its the theme or something to do with geo-directory. Please help me.

    Thanks.

That is a curl call to fbcdn, facebook cdn. Try taking a look at the facebook/social plugins on the site, and deactivating those one by one to see if you can isolate the plugin causing the issue. You can also try switching themes, in the case that the functionality is built into the theme.

There is a problem with your default location.

Please check it at GD – Multilocations – Manage Locations

    Hi

Here is what l am doing :

    1. Select add listing from the menu and choose the listing category
    2. Enter facebook URL to import listing from
    2. Select preview button and the listing preview page comes up
    3. Select Publish
    4. Error comes up.

If l check the backend the listing is captured and shows as draft. Same thing appears if l do the following

    1. Select edit on draft listing.
    2. Clicking the update button and error appears

And then again, Listing will show as published despite the error.

Please feel free to test it out buy submitting your own listing.

    Regards
