Error with published events

Hi Guys,

publishing events i sometimes get this :

https://www.toutwaterloo.be/evenements/belgique/wallonie/waterloo/apero/moet-chandon-partyday-2017-bar-de-lamusoir/

And also sometimes when i push “publish” after entering the details and saving the event, it comes back to the homepage or open “add place”

Could you please help?
