Hi guys

You sent me a billing reminder a month ago, but my card since expired. You never told me the subscription had expired.

I’m trying to update card details but I get an error ‘no such customer’.

Can you help?

Hey Mike,

Glad you got it resolved!

We don’t actually send out expired card notifications, that must have been from Stripe, the payment processor.
