Expiring In 30 Days w/ Coupon Code

    Hi,

    I just added a new featured listing and used a coupon code to waive the businesses listing fee however, when I go back to look at the listing, it shows that it will expire in 30 days.

    Why does it show this, if we’re using a coupon code to waive their fee?

    Please see image and explain…?

    Hi,

    Does that price have a 30 days free trial?

    In that case the coupon must be applied to all payments, because the 1st payment is already free.

    Let us know if that was it.

    NO, I just checked and it was set to ALL PAYMENTS. So why is it showing expiring in 30 days?

    Because now it is going through the free trial, after expiration the coupon will void the payment and the expiry date will get changed according to your price settings.

    Ok, that’s kind of interesting especially since I don’t have a FREE trial period set for that listing.

    Does it automatically add a free trial when you use a Coupon Code?

    If you don’t have a free trial period, I can only guess that price renewd every 30 days…

    If you provide admin credentials and a url, I’ll confirm what is going on.
