Hi
I have just exported the business listings to check against my own records and this is how the data has exported. see attachment.

Is this correct? Will it work if needed to be used for importing back in to system if needed?

You should only use LibreOffice to open and edit CSV files: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/export-data-2/

The Excel file you have will not work for re-importing. Excel breaks the data.
