Extending reviews input fields

Hello

I would like to extend the standard geodirectory reviews fields (textfield, name, email) with more custom input fields like (see file attached):

– customers address (google maps autocomplete)
– drop downs (project month and year, project budget)
– Upload pictures

I’m ok finding a developer who will do this, I’m just asking if this is possible to change and what is the right solution to do this? Is the geodirectory reviews module linked to the standard wordpress reviews/comments module?
