Ok, so after a few years I decided it was time to revisit my site.

As best practice and as advised, I wanted to create a staging subdomain to do a run through of the upgrade from V1 to V2.

While the main plugin seems to have upgraded okay, all of the add-ons appear to be failing when I click to update them, serving up this message:

“Your license has not been activated for this domain, please activate it first.”

This is being setup on the same root domain, but on a “stage” subdomain. I didn’t think this would have been a problem, so maybe something else is going awry.

What do I need to do to activate this subdomain? Is there something else I missed? Also, my subscription is up to date.

    Thanks

OK, disregard…found the information about deactivating and reactivating the licenses.

It would be helpful if there was some kind of refresh button though. At least for me, when opening up the license key, I wasn’t able to select and copy, so had to match up to my subscription page (and not all add-ons have the same name or same order in both places), copy and paste, going back and forth between windows.

    Cheers

Glad you got it working, and thanks for the feedback.
