fatal error on activating location manager

hi guys, i hope this is the right place to ask this…

I have a wp multisite setup. gd and plugins were installed via network admin but NOT network activated.

I went to the main site and stqarted activating as per multisite instructions i read here on site.

upon attempting to activate the plugin it threw the fatal error that i have pasted below…. Anyone have any suggestions? Any help greatly appreciated.
