Hi,

The “favourite” link in “Dashboard” widget appears only when I am logged with my initial account ‘Administrator)
I created other users but whatever be the role (even Admin), the “favourite” link does not appear !?

That does not seem to be an admin account.
You need to set your permalinks to postname, and add favourite links in GD > design > navigation.
