Featured Listings Not Showing on Top

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,
    Our site http://www.mumsofbrisbane.com.au is not showing the featured listings first in the sort order. We have the prices and payments add on and the settings are set for gold packages to be featured. The label shows on the listing however they appear to be sorted in the front end via newest added.

    I have read the forum relating to this issue and have made the changes suggested previously. Settings to ascending and default sort etc.

    Please advise how to fix this.
