Fields not saving

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When I try to add a new listing on my site only the description section field stays and all of the other fields i have filled in dissappear i have no idea what plugin is causing this issue can you please help me.

    URL, admin details, details of the relevant listing, please.
    Adding from front or back end?
    Have you disabled all non-GD plugins one by one to check?
    Any idea what changes were made before this started happening?

    I have turned the captcha on the add-listing page.
    That seems to fix it, please check.
    Also, the address field should only have the street address, not the city and state; just let the Google API do its work.
    Let us know how it goes now.

    Hello again. Unfortunately the problem seems to be back. I managed to upload a couple of new listings and it is now clearing the title and defaulting the address.

    It is keeping the image and the description and category. Everything else is reset.

    Can you stop adding more than 40 characters to the tags?
    You are trying to add listings that are not within the requirements set for users adding them from the frontend.
    You can change that with the Prices addon, but I think that until then you need to stay within that restriction.

    OK. We can try the addon. It doesn’t seem to like that we have any tags that are more than 40 characters, or is it 40 characters all up?

    40 all up, just add listings from the frontend, and I doubt you will have any issues. Let us know.
