Hello:
I am attempting to use a fieldset as a tab on the detail page in the Supreme theme. The fieldset does not display nor do the fields below it display. I can display the field set in the More Info tab and I can display the fields below it in the More Info tab or as tabs themselves.
This is the case when I have the tabs displayed as a list or as actual tabs.
I was able to display the fieldsets and fields before the update.
The fieldset and the fields below it do appear on the create/edit page. They do not appear on the preview or published pages.
Also on the preview page I have the instructions:
This is a preview of your listing and it’s not updated yet.
If there is something wrong then “Go Back and Edit” or if you want to update listing then click on “Update Now”.BUT I also have the “edit” button under the Author Avatar displaying as well. When I click that as I repeatedly did I go to a 404 page and clicking back will give me a document expired warning. This has caused some frustration and harshed my user mellow.
QUESTIONS:
*Where did my Fieldsets go?
*How do I hide the display of the “edit” button under the Author Avatar on the /listing-preview/ page in the Supreme theme to eliminate the confusion?Thx

July 8, 2016 at 2:01 pm #223888You guys are really are great. Where do I need to go give a review?
What I didn’t get figgered out was how to remove the edit button under the Author Avatar on the preview page (/listing-preview/). I need to force the user to use the correct buttons (the ones at top of page) to edit the listing.
Also on the create/edit page how to you get a border around the description text field. It is the only field that doesn’t have a border in the Supreme theme and my first user (that wasn’t me) stumbled over it.
thx
July 9, 2016 at 3:19 am #224396You can give a review here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/
I added
.sd-preview.sd .supreme-edit-btn {display: none !important;}to GD > design > scripts to hide the Edit link on the preview page.
I added
div.mce-edit-area {border: 1px solid blue !important;}to GD > design > scripts to give a border around the description text. Adjust as required.
This might be handy for the future: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/

Thanks for the CSS and the link to doc. I also found: https://www.tinymce.com/ so all is good.
Removing the Edit button worked awesome. I immediately stopped stumbling as I scrolled up past the Avatar (since there is no edit button) up to the top of the page where the correct edit buttons are.
Seriously, y’all need to remove the edit button on the preview page and add the text border to the next update of Supreme.
Again thanks so much. You guys rock.
July 9, 2016 at 11:50 pm #224889Thanks for the unicorns and rainbows, I felt the power rock me 🙂
I’ll pass on the suggestions to the developers.
