Filtering by Age

Hi again,

I’m trying to add an advance search filter, that will allow a business owner to set a suitable age-range for their event eg an event suitable for 5 year old to ten year old children. A visitor to the site would then be able to filter all events by child age eg if they chose events for children aged 6, then the above event would show. If they chose events for children aged 12 then it wouldn’t show.

I can see that if I add a Custom text field it allows me to add numbers, and then there seems to be the capability in the Advance Search filter to use ‘Range in Link’ which would appear to do the job, but I can’t get it working..Am I looking in the right place, or is this type of filter not possible?
