Find by state

Hi,
I got some listings that I want to be able to display in sidebar widgets by state/s, not just by 20km geolocation.

Widget logic works perfectly to bring up relevant listings with articles but I would like that if someone is geolocated, then they will get the listing that is relevant for them according to state they are in.

So, for example, if someone reads a mental health article, I would like certain government services to show up – these services are provided by state governments, sometimes several state governments and if I allow geolocation, people more than 20 km away will not get up the relevant listing. If I do not have geolocation, it would require too many listings to be efficacious and helpful advertising.

It is fine that the listing shows up on the map with head office locations, it is just the widget display I want to change.
