Font colour of text on homepage map images

Hello

Can anyone please help with a css code for changing the colour of the images that are linked to the Icons on the homepage map?

The current colour seems to be determined by set colour schemes but I’d like to isolate this element with its own colour.

The top part of the image is always dark and I’d like the font to be white.
