Footer widgets not aligning correctly in smaller browser

Hi there,

I have four footer widgets. When I narrow the browser window they move from 4 columns to 2 columns to 1 column. 4 and 1 are appearing correctly, but the 2 column view is leaving a large gap under the first footer widget.

I’ll see if I can add a private screenshot…

That’s because they all have different heights.

This should fix it:
```
@media (min-width: 768px) {
.col-sm-6 {
    min-height: 200px;
}}
```
