Forced upgrade not working

    Hi there !
    It was a great idae to add the Forced Claim option to the Claim Listing addon!

    I see that when I activate it, the user must select a payment package and payment method in the claim listing form.

    However, I tried doing so by checking a payment method (Paypal) and a paid package. When I submit the form, it continues normally as if there was no forced upgrade.

    1- The user is never is never prompted to go to the PayPal website
    2- Nothing appears in the GD->Listing Claims-> Invoice
    3- When I approve the claim, it just normally assigns the listing to the user, without ever asking him to pay.

    Any ideas ?
