I am a developer of a wp theme working with GD plugin. I am facing a problem in forget password form as the user is not getting any mail to reset their password. Please help me out.

Hello,

Please install the plugin “email log” to check they are actually being sent.

Hello,

I have installed the “email log” plugin and after sending a reset request the log is showing that the email content.

Hi,

if the email log plugin is logging the notification has being sent, it means wp_mail (WordPress) is working, but the mail server is not sending them as it should.

Normally adding a SMTP plugin is enough, but if it’s not, the only person that can help you out is your hosting support.

There is really nothing we can do on our side.
