Form of the Claim Listings addon does not appear in the sidebar

    I have installed the Claim Listings addon. I need a form that would enable non-registered users to pretend that they are business owners.
    I have installed a ninja form and created the GeoDirectory Claim Form. But when I add this form to the sidebar, it does not appear, and no settings help. Other forms are displayed normally, so the point is in this form.

    Please log in with your current membership email address that entitles you to support with GD addons, and then add your URL and WP Admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.

    Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
