Form of the Claim Listings addon doesn't appear in the sidebar

I have installed the Claim Listings addon. I need a form that would enable non-registered users to pretend that they are business owners.
I have installed a ninja form and created the GeoDirectory Claim Form. But when I add this form to the sidebar, it does not appear, and no settings help. Other forms are displayed normally, so the point is in this form.

Make sure you have finished the setup of the Claim manager addon and added the “Is Claimed” field to the CPT.

The GD Ninja Forms widget will only show if that field is present and not checked off.

If we need to check the settings please reply with WP Admin credentials and login URL.

I added the Is Claimed field, but it did not help. Also, I checked the work of this field by checking the checkbox in the admin panel, it does not appear. Looks like Is Claimed doesn’t work either.
