I am pretty much there with my franchise listings now. I am just figuring out how to sell them.
The easy bit is, they claim the main listing with the higher yearly fee. Then, they either want to claim my beautiful pre-loaded branch listings or the head office will let me upload their branch listings by csv. If they do it the hard way and go one-by-one, they pay one-by-one, I suppose.
Either way, they will have a significant number of listings – do they have to go to each listing and pay the fee or can I set it up so that they can pay the amount for all Branches for the year.
I have uploaded for trial under my 30 days free try-out, meaning a client can go and have a look what the listings look like and how they show up with other listings on the site etc. I then want them to be able to claim all listings in one go if that’s what they want – especially if individual Franchises cannot then be asked to go and claim and manage their own listing.
I’m just trying to prepare for a smooth sales process where I do not get unpleasant surprises.
