    Q1. Can the Branch/Franchise listings be Featured?

    only if also the main listing is. All franchise listings depend on the price set for the main listing.

    1. Main Listing is and shows the Featured Tag across the image listing but I don’t see the Featured Tag across the franchised listings…. ??/
    Could you visit and see?

    Works correctly for me on my test site.
    I checked your settings of the package and added a test franchise and it does not get the featured banner.

    Can you update your directory starter theme, your Supreme theme (should be 0.3.0, yours is 0.0.1) and all GD plugins (2 need update).

    Make sure you note all changes made to the supreme theme before updating, and it will need to be updated using FTP.

    If that does not solve things, post URL and WP admin so we can investigate.

    I had tried updating from the backend, clearing Booster, resaving Permalinks, and nothing worked, until I updated each franchise from the frontend. They automatically became featured.
    Which makes me think you maybe changed the featured setting in the package after creating the franchises, or you uploaded the franchises by CSV.

    Q2. What exactly do I need to do?

    Q3. “Updated using FTP”. I tried doing this in the past and couldn’t get it done. I tried many times…. you said you were going to help me do it…. if I give you my credentials could you do it or do you know someone I could hire to do it???/

    I can do it for you, but it will overwrite any changes you might have made to style.css and functions.php. I do not know if there are any, but you might know.

    If you send me FTP details, I’ll just make a backup of the current Supreme before updating, so you can check differences later if need be.

    1. I do not believe I have made any changes to style.css nor functions.php as I don’t know what they are and I do not venture to make changes when I do not know what I am doing… however just to be sure I have not IS THERE A WAY TO CHECK THIS?

    2. I thought I had saved my FTP details/credential, but can not find them… I will have to call GoDaddy on Monday to get them. I will post them after you reply to the above question…
    Will you get them if I post them after your reply?

    Let’s wait until the final release of Supreme is out later this week.

    I think it should be OK to do it now, that should not be affected by the theme update.

    There is no need to update addons by FTP.
    That message means probably you have not entered your license numbers at GD > Auto updates/Licenses
