    Hi,

    I am using Supreme Directory Theme and I have just enabled and configured the Franchise AddOn.

    I have tested with a Main listing and a single Franchise:

    I notice that:

    1) The Franchises Tab of a Franchise shows itself but not the Main listing. In my opinion, it should show only the Main listing.
    2) The Franchises Tab of the Main listing shows the Franchise but not itself. I think that this is ok.

    Is this the normal behaviour? Which is the logic behind?

    “View all Franchises” shows both.

    Hi Alex,

    Oooops!! Now I see what was there! 😀 Thanks a lot!

    A couple of questions about Featured listings for franchises:

    In Price I have set “Is Featured” to “No”. Then I have set “Featured” for an specific main listing, but its franchise does not show as “Featured” neither I can find the “Featured” tick box in the backend. How can I set the franchise as “Featured”?

    For a main listing with several franchises, is it possible to set them, the main listing as well as the franchises, individually as “Featured”?

    It cannot be set manually, only through the Price Package when the main listing is passed through checkout the featured status, as a benefit of the package, will be passed to the listings.
