Franchises will not save as enabled in Prices form

In the pricing packages the franchises field will not save as enabled. I have tried clearing version numbers.

Hello!

Sorry to hear that there is a problem saving the settings.

In most cases this is due to one of the following issues:

1. Browser cache : clear the browser cache and try again
2. Plugin conflict : disable non-GD plugins and test the settings to see which is causing the issue

So apparently the columns aren’t being written into the database. Could this be an issue with admin-ajax.php or max_input_vars?

I’ve tried disabling all plugins and switching the theme, we are on WP Engine and I have disabled cache. I don’t think they will allow us to whitelist anything in mod_security. I did bump the max_input_vars to 3000. Any suggestions?

Hi John,

The error you mentioned indicates that franchise field not added in price package table. after running tool from GeoDirectory > GD tools > Clear All DB Versions will fix this problem.

If that not works then post site admin credentials in private reply, we will look into there.

After reinstalling the payments plugin again manually, clearing the db versions, and clearing cache it seems to be working. Thank you.
