Fraud detection – price does not match

Hello, I have been on the forums and have seen this brought up once for the reason detected.
We enabled coupons and now users get the following after submitting payment with Paypal.
Payment has been successfully received. Your details are below

WARNING FRAUD DETECTED PLEASE CHECK THE DETAILS – (IF CORRECT, THEN PUBLISH THE POST)

The recommendations have been to check the paypal email, poedit the languages file and that is about it. I am wondering what the reason is and what I can do to fix it. I’d rather not mask the text with the languages file. (Nor does that seem to be working for me, I’ve attemped to add an MO file to
uploads > languages > geodir-payment-languages > geodir_payments-en_US.mo
then I tried
uploads > languages > geodir-payment > geodir_payments-en_US.mo
then I tried
uploads > languages > geodirectory > geodir_payments-en_US.mo
