Free month isn't working

Hi GD,

We want to offer users a one month free trial but have a couple issues:

1. Ideally we would like it to be a coupon code for free first month. We can do this by creating a coupon for 100% off month 1 of recurring payment. If we do this, the user doesn’t have to input their payment information which is really bad. We’d much rather capture this information immediately so they don’t need to re-enter their info for month 2 when they pay. (The only alternative I can see is to offer 99.9% discount first month or something).

2. If it can’t be coupon code, we can use the built-in “free trial” setting in GD Payments Manager. BUT I just tried this and it doesn’t work. I’ve attached screenshots showing how GD says the first month will be free, but then on payment screen I am asked to pay full price.
