Please see the attached image:

I’m having trouble making the section below the made on the gd home page full width. Is there anyway to eliminate area highlighted in yellow on the left and right side of the page. I’ve tried using some custom CSS found on the forum but I’ve yet to have any luck. Any suggestions? The map and search area are displaying full width.

Use this custom CSS code below to achieve what you needed there.
```
.sd-homepage .geodir-common {
    width: 100%!important;
}
```

I have my page type in wordpress as “default template”… if I choose full width it messes up the top section of the home page.

Hi Evan,

If that’s the case, you’ll have to use custom CSS to achieve what you needed there. Try adding this custom CSS code.
```
.sd-homepage .geodir-common {
    padding:0px!important
}
```
