Applied the fix, but still seeing the issue, specifically from the “GD > Popular Post Category” widget.
And here are screengrabs showing examples of #1 and #3.
July 23, 2014 at 2:45 pm #9600Hi Brian,
#1 – I will investigate this issue and report back
#2 – Glad you fixed this
#3 – This is not really something that i should include in the plugin as it is not specifically an Enfold issue (same in all themes), and hence should be either modified by us in core or styled to your own requirements in your child theme.July 23, 2014 at 5:45 pm #9621#3 is a bug in GD. We need to improve that…
July 23, 2014 at 6:21 pm #9627Thanks.
Just to clarify, #2 isn’t actually fixed.
I uploaded the new file mentioned (page 1 from the other post)…while it may have addressed some of the issues, there still appears to be an issue where country is being pulled into the URLs even when only the city should.
It however only seems to appear, as far as I can tell, from links created from the “GD > Popular Post Category” widget. Not sure, this may also be a larger GD issue and not limited to just Enfold.
Cheers,
BrianJuly 23, 2014 at 6:36 pm #9631It definitely is.
I’ve flagged this for Vikas.
Thx Brian

Thx
July 25, 2014 at 2:18 am #9861Is there a time-frame for releasing an update to this?
If not imminent, John can you at least tell me what you changed, a few days ago, to get the home page breadcrumb bar where I want it?
TIA
July 25, 2014 at 3:22 pm #9960Possible multi-location dropdown formatting issue.
Not sure if this is related specifically to Enfold or GD in general. But with Enfold set to have the top nav/logo bar span the entire width of the screen, the dropdown on the locator appears partly “off-screen” to the right.
Any way to make sure it is visible or force it on-screen?
One possible alternative fix that comes to mind is if the “dropdown arrow” was on the left side rather than the right. At that point, at least it would help signal the user to click on there to expose the dropdown.
Cheers,
BrianJuly 25, 2014 at 5:01 pm #9973Hi Purpleedge, I’ve asked John to follow up on your request.
Greg, here I provided a fix for a similar issue.

July 26, 2014 at 12:35 am #10010Thanks Paolo,
I’ve figured it out.
July 28, 2014 at 11:26 pm #10173Not sure if this is purely an Enfold issue, but making changes to the “Listing Page” (perhaps other pages as well, I didn’t test) column % from the Geodirectoy > Design > Listings tab doesn’t appear to have any impact on layout.

BrianJuly 28, 2014 at 11:39 pm #10175Hi Brian, Enfold uses a grid, you can update the default Enfold grid using the technique described in this post, or I guess you could modify the grid settings directly somewhere on a page by page basis?
Don’t know if John is making any allowance for this in his next release?

July 29, 2014 at 1:16 am #10176Thanks. Saw that before but didn’t really think about it.
Would be great if there was a UI setting for that, but honestly, I’m not sure why it isn’t a UI setting in Enfold itself.

BrianJuly 29, 2014 at 9:56 am #10190Hi,
The plugin removes the GD wrappers and uses Enfold wrappers instead, so the GD width settings will have no effect.
The wrappers do respect the layout class generated by Enfold, so if your theme specifies 9/3 or 8/4 the plugin should generate the correct output classes.July 29, 2014 at 11:52 am #10202Ah, gotcha. I remember seeing that statement, but to be honest, not sure I really knew what that meant. Now I do, or at least more so.
It would be great if those sections in GD could be grayed out or a message would appear about this, but I know that’s probably asking a bit much.
I’m trying to keep notes on weird little anomalies and issues like that because the reality is that in 6 months or 12 months, I’ll probably totally forget that and then spend hours trying to figure out why something isn’t “working.”
And again to be fair, Enfold ought to have this configuration built into it’s UI to begin with, IMHO.
Cheers,
Brian -
