GD Developer needed in near future

hi atm im making an adult website with maps
it works but im not good with wordpress and all its functions

in near future i need someone to help me to make it perfect for people

the website is basicly a site that shows al the sex locations in the netherlands

the things i dont have atm is:
a very advanced search function
i pricing section
what cost 30 min and an hour , but i also want that its possible to add more options like 15 minutes or 2 hour and so on

also im looking for an update plugin wich will alow the owner of a location to update his spot to make it go on top of list by means of an sms or something like that
and more….

i prefer dutch scripters cause its more easyer to communicate
