GD Home Content styling issues with Multinews Theme

    Hi,

    Having trouble getting the GD Home page to display GD Widgets within the content section properly. Attached is an image of what I’m seeing. Note the differences between the sidebar widgets and content widgets. Sidebar has the title background stretched to 100% which is the way it should be, where the content widgets for the Best Of Widget is cropped at about 80% and and Popular Post View widget at about 90%. As well, there is no divider between these 2 content widgets. I had hoped that because I was using a theme that supports GD I’d not have to deal with this sort of thing but I guess that’s not the case. What can I put in my Custom CSS in order to get this page to display as it should?

    Hi,

    the css that you are applying to stretch the titles with negative margins is also affecting the content widget and in any case it is a wrong approach.

    You should remove the paddings of the parent element that are causing the titles to be boxed. Not stretch back the titles with negative margins.

    This goes beyond support, if you want I can move this in the jobs section of the forum where there could be developers interested in get hired to help you with this.
