I have installed GeoDirectory and its working however ethe GD Home Top Section widget area is not appearing.

I am using the AVADA theme.

I suspect you are using your own homepage for your website, and in that case GD-home is not used.
Can you post your URL and admin details in a private reply?

I changed your permalinks: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postname

And corrected the GD Permalink settings: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home
