GD PLace no longer retains photo, location, main catagory

    Not sure why but the directory is no longer retaining photo, location, main category. It also threw all the theme stuff off. I made a draft the other day, it was fine. Then came back to update and finalize. Since the new place doesn’t work. I deleted and started over. Same issue. When I save draft, or publish it defaults the address, deletes the photo, and removes the name, and few other things. Has never done this before, and yes I have multi-location. I’d share the link but I can’t even get it to go “live” anymore because of how it scrubs the data.

    Help! Please! the fields are not retaining info. I’ve found a few other instances of folks with a similar issue… but the solutions are private. I can get a tempadmin for the site, I’m desperate to get this fixed, it is integral to a current project.

    Hello,

    I noticed that Kaplan doesn’t have a category, which is required.

    I published a test listing and was able to edit it.

    Are you using the backend editor for editing?

    It looks like whatever you did made it work… I set the category many many time last night and it didn’t work. maybe it was a server issue. I had tried clearing the cache when it was broken, maybe the server needed more time than normal to reset.

    See the gray lines and the weird formatting? Any ideas How do I fix these design issues? I’ve done some work arounds to get the buttons on the side, but formatting the boxes and margin has been an issue.
