Hi guys
I just added the GD reCAPTCHA plugin to my site. I installed it successfully and checked the box to add reCAPTCHA to my registration form. I checked both GD and buddypress, but nothing showed up on my registration site. I tried adding it only to buddypress registration, but still nothing.
Can you help me please?

Thx
May 6, 2015 at 5:53 pm #38873Hi,
I could recreate the problem which seems to be when user is logged out on all forms.
I’ve reported this to developers.
Thanks for spotting it.
May 7, 2015 at 8:56 am #38902Hi Paolo
I don’t know if you fixed it already, but once I disabled the GD booster, the recaptcha was working.
May 7, 2015 at 2:58 pm #38933We are still looking into it and we will report asap.
Thanks
May 19, 2015 at 6:19 pm #39942Hi guys
Any news on this?May 19, 2015 at 6:27 pm #39944Hi,
it’s working on all our tests. The only thing to do was clearing GD Booster cache after activating GD ReCAPTCHA.
If it’s still not working, please provide wp admin and ftp credentials and I will ask Kiran to look into it directly.
Let us know,
Thanks

May 25, 2015 at 1:55 pm #40557Hi Guys
I’ve just received a mail from one of our users, who reportedly could not register for our site. She wrote “It said that i didnt fill the captcha.. but didnt appear any captcha in the register page, i tried with google chrome and firefox and none of them shows a captcha to fill”. I’ve just checked it again and when the booster is enabled the recaptha field disappears and no-one can register. I tried clearing the catche as you said, but nothing helps, only when I disable the booster does the recaptcha appear and users can register.
The GD booster also makes my social logins disappear from the registration page when it is enabled.
Will you please have a look?
Thx

at http://openmindtrips.com/register/ I found that there are some js errors that are causing problem preventing recaptcha widget to load.
For some reason one of the inline javascript is not combining in GD Booster file and is causing an error.
Also the page has some javascript loaded via src file s2member-o.php that also counted as external file and are loaded before booster js.
Please provide ftp detail to do more testing and find the problem to fix it asap.
Could you please provide FTP credentials in a private reply?
Let us know,
Thanks

June 14, 2015 at 3:07 pm #42507Hi guys
Looks like you’re working on solving the issue now – I can see that the GD booster is activated. I was just wondering how long it will take, since all of my pages are down when the booster is activated (try pressing the menu and see for yourself). I need to know if I have to write a status to our users – I lost a lot of traffic on this issue the last time the booster was activated.
Thanks
