    Hi, all.

Just set GD to take submissions from non-logged-in users. Unfortunately, the site is continuing to ask them to log in. I’ve checked the settings four times – can you have a look at the problem?

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for your post. Could you check and see if you’ve enabled this option? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/#gd

Thanks – I did that, and it worked, although too well. The new listing is automatically posted now, despite my setting new listings to a default pending status. Can you help with that?

Check your price packages to make sure you have not overriden the default status.

If we need to check the settings please include WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

    1. It is not being published at this time, sounds like it is working as expected.
    2. I received the registration confirmation email and the configuration message when the listing was published. You can see all emails the system generates on the emails tab in the settings.
    3. I added the GD Post Claim widget to the sidebar. Please check

    Ah – OK!

#3 – A widget is involved – that makes sense
    #2 – Thanks – I will check that out.

Thanks for your quick aid on this. Have a great day.
