September 9, 2016 at 3:49 am #263031Nope.. crashes site.. when renamed to correct name..
September 9, 2016 at 3:52 am #263032Found the conflict. Another plugin called ImageMagick. My images look “not crisp” in the CTP widget on the home page Ace911.com (americancontractorexchange.com) I am exporting them at 100dpi and have tried an assortment of dimensions including the 640×480 and 800 x600. do you have any suggestions?
September 9, 2016 at 4:03 am #263034Deleted ImageMagick and site went backup. But when I renamed stipe module it crashed site. So I deleted STripe and reinstalled fresh.

September 9, 2016 at 4:31 pm #263329This reply has been marked as private.September 9, 2016 at 4:46 pm #263332You need to remove the Stripe plugin from the plugin folder via FTP to restore it, or install the Multibyte String PHP extension that is also needed for plenty of other things and should take seconds for your server admin to do.
Let us know when the site is back up, otherwise please provide FTP credentials.
Thanks

September 9, 2016 at 5:52 pm #263354Ok, that was it. I did not make “any” changes to the server at all. I am requesting an investigation into the matter. Kind regards, problem resolved.
