Hi,

I’d like to find out where / how I can update my billing information for my GD subscription? I looked in my profile area and dashboard but do not see where I can update my billing information and to go ahead and make the payment to get it out of the way.

Please point me in the right direction…?

Your account is not on an automatic subscription so you just have to wait until it expires and then under the downloads area you will see the renew link.

OR if you want it to be an automatic thing you can simply buy a new package when it expires but you will have to change the licence keys if you do it that way.

Hi Robert,

Letting them expire will not affect your website in any way. You can always renew them in 2 weeks.

That’s weird, I can’t get a 404 even if I’m logged out.

Just now when I clicked on the link, it did not show the same text. It only happened when I was redirected after completing my payment. I can see that my payment went thru and my subscription updated.
