Hello,
when i run the GD Sync Tags via GD tools it gives me a popup that just says error. I’m running the most up to date versions and using GD Framework. Is this likely a bug or something else??
I’ve attached a screenshot of the error displayed in google chromes console
Than you
February 18, 2017 at 1:58 am #362381I cannot replicate that on my test site, it all works fine there.

February 21, 2017 at 11:25 am #362808Hi there,
The problem seems to coming from your database.
You gd_place post type has 1338 records in the wp admin. However in db it has 1340 entries.
So something is wrong there and thats why you are having problem with GD tools.
Please post your FTP details
Thanks

After debugging, i found out that the problem is you don’t have enough memory.
You have 10k listing for some post types but you only have 100 MB Memory.
For that much listings you need atleast 1 GB Memory.
Please try increasing your memory to 512 MB. If that doesn’t solve the problem then try increasing it to 1 GB.
You need high memory for GD tools since the script has to load all post types in memory in order to work.
Hope that helps.
Thanks
February 24, 2017 at 11:41 pm #363775Is this not the memory limit you are referring to?? (see Image)
it was set at 256MB and i changed it to 2048MB. or does it just take time to finalise settings?
Thanks
February 25, 2017 at 3:46 pm #363886Yes that is the setting, did it help?

February 26, 2017 at 4:55 am #363935No unfortunately it hasn’t helped.
we have recently upgraded to a faster dedicated server and are experiencing issues with the MYSQL database, the hosting company say that database queries are getting caught in the sending state and bogging down the CPU but they are stumped as to what could be causing it. Could this be related? do you have any ideas as to what could be causing these issues? they have contemplated upgrading to MariaDB, do you think that could help?
Thanks again your support team is excellent
February 27, 2017 at 6:46 pm #364224That query could be hard on a DB with lots of listings, it might need to be ajaxed to break it up in to smaller queries, i had asked @giri to look at that, i’ll check with him in the morning to see if he has started it.
Thanks,
Stiofan
February 28, 2017 at 9:11 am #364328OK thank you Stiofan
