GDv2 Upgrade Problem – Incompatible with GT-Vouchers

    Dear GD support team,

    after upgrade from GDv1 to GDv2 the GT-Vouchers plugin does not work anymore. I am getting failures and notices displayed in Dashboard backend.

    I guess this is related to the older version development from GT-vouchers developers. The problem is, those developers are not reachable anymore and I would like to use this option also as I have used on GDv1.

    Do you have any suggestions or solution on – how to solve this and get it back to run?

    This is likely incompatible with GDv2. This is a 3rd party product, it would be up to its developer to make it compatible.

    Hi GD Dev’s
    As the GTVouchers Devs are not answering and stopped their service I need your help to proceed with my own developer do get GTVouchers back to run in GDv2.

    Now my dev is asking the following and I need you help to proceed:

    GTVouchers are not updated version in GDv2
    Do you have any information for the same?

    It would be great to get the corresponding help or advice to get GTVouchers back to run also in GDv2.

    Hi Alex,

    I understand but maybe someone of you GD Dev’s can suggest or give advice or at least to point us in the direction which necessary changes are in need to get it back to run in GDv2.

    You help would be very generous and highly appreciated to be able to proceed with the functions of the gtvouchers addon.

    We don’t get involved with the development of 3rd party addons, that is the developers responsibility and in this case there is no small snippet that would make it work.

    (We do have plans for our own voucher system in the future.)
