    Hi,

    Despite only changing css and php through genesis extender (the php in question was necessary to make public css changes to a geodirectory theme using extender – look into that – and looked like this:
    “remove_action( ‘genesis_meta’, ‘genesis_extender_load_stylesheets’, 15 );
    add_action( ‘wp_head’, ‘genesis_extender_add_stylesheets’, 1 );
    ?>”,
    the ‘Listing Preview’ page that shows up after clicking ‘Review Your Listing’ when adding a listing shows up as completely empty, making it impossible for clients to add listings. Here is the page: http://international-lawyers-firms.com/listing-preview/

    The login details do not work.
    Have you checked GD > GD Tools > Check pages?

    Your permalinks were not set correctly: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames

    And you need to update your Payment Manager addon
    Please check once you have done that, and let us know. Thanks.

    Hi Guust

    That is working fine now thanks.

    One minor issue:
    On the detail listing page the map is running right across the page (see attached)
    How do we fix this?

    thanks again

    The CSS you have been adding in the Genesis CSS settings is overwriting the CSS for that page and map area.

    Hey, sorry to bother you again, but it turns out i was incorrect. The listing preview page doesn’t come up blank as long as the video field is left empty. As soon as i fill it in, it becomes impossible to submit the listing. Is there a fix for this?

    I can replicate that in my test site. I’ll escalate the issue.

    Hi,

    I can’t replicate this, @guust where were you able to see this?

    I asked to the developers to follow up.

    Thanks

    Kiran couldn’t recreate this in any of our test site either. He tried debugging on Guust’s website and did find some strange things, but not a solution to the problem yet.

    Today he will copy Guust’s site into a localhost to find out if it a server problem or anything else.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Hi again,

    this is so weird that Kiran couldn’t find a proper way to fix it yet (which is totally unusual). We asked Stiofan to jump in and provide his assistance.

    Being on honeymoon this could take a bit longer that usual too.

    Sorry about this and thanks for your patience,

    The reason you cannot enter the video embed code from the frontend is because of a modsecurity rule, you can ask your host to disable it or you can simply ask your customers to enter just the URL of the video, without the embed code.
