    when gd is activated all youtube embeds have a large unused space beneath them, on all pages, i cant figure out how to get rid of this, any ideas?

    That CSS should fix it. I cannot see where you added it.
    Please post your WP admin in a private reply if we need to have a look at your settings, and let us know where you added the CSS.

    I added the CSS in the Additional CSS options of the theme Customizer, and cleared your cache.
