HI,
I’ve just tested again and asked stiofan to test too on his iPad and we both see the menu on 1 line (see image attached).
Did you clear your browser cache? You can also try to reduce the padding a little more. You can find the css in the style.css of the child theme and you can go down from 0.70em to 0.69em and test untill you are satisfied.
Yes it is possible to use the mobile menu starting from a tablet portrait resolution, but that would require minimum an hour of custom css coding, which isn’t part of the support we provide here.
Thanks
June 18, 2015 at 3:30 am #42946Hi Paolo,
ok so now the menu is resized for ipads and other devices, but now the content on the pages is still not resizing correctly.
The test next to the small image on the below link is an example of what i mean. The text should stay inline with the image, on ipad for example it is dropping way below the image,

i need to know what changes you make please so i can do the same, as i have 14 sites running the same setup that are all having the same issues.
Thank you

the text in that image is something you added using a plugin.
wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
The theme can’t control custom stuff that you add.
All I added is in this file: http://www.welovekohphangan.com/wp-content/themes/geodir_gdf-modern/style.css?ver=1.0.9 line 478
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
header nav .nav li a {
padding: 0.7em;
}
}Thanks
June 19, 2015 at 6:05 am #43057Hi Paolo,
OK thank you for the info and help again.
Yes i thought it was the plugin so have contacted them about that issue.
Are you guys not going to add this to th e theme as an update though? This issue is happening on other websites using same theme as mentioned previously and not just ours.
Like to know before i go through all 14 websites of ours to add the codes…
Also on the website we are dealing with now and others running same basic setup, the mobile menu and login on top left and right of screen has disappeared/been hidden or sometimes just shows as squares. If you click on the space where it should be the menu works still though.
Any ideas about this please?
Big thank you for the support again GEO team!
June 19, 2015 at 5:54 pm #43096Hi,
we won’t, because we don’t see that has an error in design.
The theme wasn’t ment to be used with that many 1st level menu items.
I rather have big menu buttons, espeically on touchscreens. So I’d rather use submenus and have a menu with less 1st level menus.
If one needs to have a long menu like that, they can apply the fix provided here.
Thanks
June 20, 2015 at 4:21 am #43152Ok no problem, thank you.
What about the issue with the mobile menu icon now?
Also on the website we are dealing with now and others running same basic setup, the mobile menu and login on top left and right of screen has disappeared/been hidden or sometimes just shows as squares. If you click on the space where it should be the menu works still though.
Viewers cannot see where the menu is now on mobiles.
Any ideas about this please?
June 20, 2015 at 2:52 pm #43171I gave you the solution for that already: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/menu-not-showing-on-mobiles/
Thanks
June 20, 2015 at 5:05 pm #43186its not the same problem? there is no css code hiding anything?
June 20, 2015 at 5:29 pm #43189Sorry about that.
I’ve just tested your website http://www.welovekohphangan.com/ with 3 different phones and on various simulators and I see the icons.
What could be creating problems is the Google translate widget that is almost covering one the icons.
BTW, the agoda.com widget isn’t responsive on your website…
Thanks
