Good Afternoon!
I was wondering if I could get some help. I use a GEOdirectory plugin for my website What To Do VI (www.whattodo-vi.com) and recently had someone do a little redesign on it. He installed the traveler theme as well to work with it and there are a few things that need adjusted and I wanted to see if we could work on that together.
1.) I am wondering if it is possible to increase the margin size somehow on my business listing page, for some reason it is full width and I cannot add in margins.

Can I create it so that actually goes to the page where they list their business, I will need to send you links for this. But currently this is what happens (and it only should happen if someone create an account or wants to list their hotel/villa or excursion).

January 12, 2019 at 6:28 pm #462946Hi there,
Thanks for your post. I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.
1. This can be done via custom CSS and here is an article for your reference https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
2. We’ll need WP admin access in private reply to investigate this and please also list the steps to replicate it.
Thanks!

.page-id-904 .global-wrap.container-fluid { width: 75%; }
That one is for the gd_place form, but you can view the source and change the page id as needed for each of your forms.
January 14, 2019 at 11:25 am #463146Thank you Alex and Kor! That worked for the margins perfectly : )
Now just to figure out the issue with the sign up page. Do you have any idea how that might work?
January 14, 2019 at 12:16 pm #463149I am not sure I understand the sign up page issue.
It looks like you want to use some custom registration thing. If you want to redirect the login/registration links, then try this
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/redirecting-the-login-page/If that’s not what you need, then please help us understand a little better so we can help.
In the message above I am not sure what you are trying to make happen
January 14, 2019 at 3:42 pm #463186So I have two themes running on my site. One theme has a sign up for businesses to sign up with the website as a partner so they can add their charter, villa etc to the booking engine. The other is the sign up through Geodirectories for businesses to either list their business or add their event on the website. When a viewer clicks on any of the links or pages for adding their business or event, it automatically takes them to the other theme’s sign in page (doesn’t even give them the option to sign up). I have given you guys admin access as requested. Please let me know if this makes a little more sense?
January 14, 2019 at 8:29 pm #463225Good Afternoon! I just realized my membership expired, I have reactivated that.
Here are pictures of the page that pops up when I click “add event” or “add listing” from any of the routes I have described in the chain above to help clarify the issue.
Also attached is a photo of how it should appear when trying to add an event or listing. Basically this “sign in page” in the first photo needs to be bypassed.
January 15, 2019 at 5:55 am #463258Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. I think I know what you needed there. Could you please update your WP login credentials? It seems invalid when I try to login using the credentials given above.
Thanks!

It still takes you to a sign up page that you need to sign up with before you can add your event of listing. Is it possible to take them straight to the adding event of listing page and once they add their listing, they automatically are signed up? Right now it’s at least better because it gives someone the option to sign up where before a user would have just been stuck.
Pictures attached are the new sign up page and also the page where I wish it would just take the guest directly to.
Lastly, when people sign up it looks like they automatically sign up as a partner which is a role through the Traveler theme and a role which allows people to add their villa, tour, boat, excursion etc to my website. Is there a way for the event and listings function sign ups to not subscribe as a partner but whatever the usual role is? I am thinking that would make sense although partners might also be adding their events or listings as well…
Thank you for everything!
Alison

In V1, users must be signed in to see the Add Listing page.
