Geo travel set up

Hello,
I have installed the new very nice Geo travel theme.
As i have Genesis framework on my site installation was fine !
My problem is that i can find any information about the setup of this new theme :
I can see in demo :
http://geotravel.wpgeothemes.com/
that main new fonctionalities of this theme are :
in Home page top section :
-1 have a background image instead of Map
-2 text on the back ground image
-3 vertical area for search option
and when changing location from the menu —> Map to come instead of 1,2,3 !
I’m very interested by all that but how to set it up? can’t find it by myself!
May you help ?
Any plan to create doc for child themes ?
