Somehow most of our place details were wiped from the database. I have restored the table from an old backup. This has worked fine and the venues show in the phpmyadmin table. However the list in wordpress still shows the old table. I have cleared caches but i can’t get the venues to update.

    Hello!

Unfortunately that is not something we will be able to diagnose within phpMyAdmin.

GeoDirectory supports import and export via CSV.

Here’s a link to get you started with that:

    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6239956/generate-csv-based-on-mysql-query-from-phpmyadmin

Once your data is in CSV, you can find additional instructions here for formatting the CSV for import.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/

I recommend that you first export what is in the GD site, then the db, then merge as needed in CSV before import.
