GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration Addon Failure

GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration Addon Failure – After GeoDirectory was installed and activated, BuddyPress was installed and activated and GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration Addon was installed and attempted to be activated. I got the error message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I deactivated all non-Geodirectory plugins and again attempted to activate the GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration Addon getting the same fatal error:
